Encouraged by the recognition he received for his achievements in the bar industry, in 2022 Bañares opened The Liquor Store, an intimate space dedicated exclusively to cocktails, led by bartender Caio Carvalhaes, head bartender of the Tan Tan Group. There, drinks are treated with even greater attention, raising the bar for hospitality and technique.
Excellent work that, since its opening year, has been recognized by several national awards, including "The Best of São Paulo," from the Folha de São Paulo newspaper, winner in the Best Counter category in the 2025 edition.
